Mental health – help for kids, parents and families

If you have concerns about your child’s behavior, emotional state, struggle with peers, or something just doesn’t seem right, there are resources and places you can turn to for help.

Crossroads Children’s Centre mental health walk-in clinic
• For children up to age 12 and their parents
• Every Thursday, noon to 8 p.m. (last appointment at 6:30 p.m.)

Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa’s youth mental health walk-in clinic
